NextsAI Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NextsAI websites, account services, desktop applications, subscriptions, integrations, and related services. By using NextsAI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use NextsAI. If you use NextsAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions, Entitlements, and Licenses

Some NextsAI features may require a paid subscription, active entitlement, or valid license. Plan limits, features, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and pricing may vary by plan or offer. Offline licenses and device bindings may be limited by subscription status, device limits, security requirements, and abuse prevention rules.

Purchases, Payment, and Refunds

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and other amounts associated with your plan. Subscription fees may renew automatically until canceled according to the plan terms shown at purchase.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. If a recurring price changes, we will provide notice when required so you can cancel before the new price applies. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, payment processor, applicable law, and whether the service has been used.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use NextsAI for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Attempt to bypass account limits, payment requirements, device binding, security controls, or license checks.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload NextsAI systems except where allowed by law.
• Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use.
• Use integrations, including Google or Gmail integrations, in violation of third-party terms or applicable law.

Third-Party Services and Google Integrations

NextsAI may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google or Gmail. Your use of those services is also governed by the third party's terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for granting only the access you intend to grant and for revoking access when you no longer want an integration to operate.

When you authorize Google API access, NextsAI will use the authorized data only for user-facing features you request and as described in our Privacy Policy.

User Content and Local Data

You retain rights to your content. NextsAI's account service is designed not to store private desktop content such as local files, chat messages, email bodies, meeting audio, transcripts, summaries, or prompts unless you explicitly provide information to us for a requested service, support, or integration feature.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of content you process with NextsAI and for maintaining backups where appropriate.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or services from time to time. We work to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that NextsAI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location or environment.

Intellectual Property

NextsAI and its software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and related materials are owned by NextsAI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of NextsAI intellectual property. You may use NextsAI only as permitted by these Terms and applicable product documentation.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

NextsAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextsAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination

You may stop using NextsAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate. Continued use of NextsAI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You may also be required to comply with laws in your local jurisdiction when using NextsAI or connected third-party services.
