Browse reusable workflows currently available in Nexts and learn how to use them in a conversation.
A Skill packages repeatable instructions, templates, and references. Installing one does not grant access to external accounts; tasks that need live data or external actions also require a plugin or connected app.

The catalog changes with client releases; the Skills page in Nexts is the source of truth for current availability.
How to use a Skill
- Open Plugins / Skills from the activity bar.
- Search the Skills page, review the details, then install or enable the Skill.
- Start a new conversation and choose it from the input menu, or describe a task that clearly matches it.
- Attach the required material, such as a contract, job description, or meeting transcript.
- Review the result. You remain responsible for decisions in high-impact areas such as legal review, hiring, and sending email.
If a Skill does not activate
- Confirm it is installed and enabled, then retry in a new conversation.
- Choose it explicitly from the input menu when similar capabilities are available.
- Provide the required source material and desired output format.
- If the task needs mail, web pages, or other live data, install the matching plugin or connected app too.
